FAQs

Are men welcome?
Not only are men welcome, we dig ‘em and guys are almost 50% of our guest count. Don’t be shy, come on in and meet us.
Where do I park?
We have ample parking on our lot or on our street for your car, truck, scooter or cruiser.
What about hair extensions?
We offer Cinderella Hair-brand hair extensions in the bonded and taped styles. Please schedule a free consultation with an extension specialist to find out what will work for you.
I need my brows waxed. Can you do that?
Yes, we can wax anything you want, lip, nose, brows, bikini even those crazy toe hairs of yours!
My bangs (neck hair, hairline) are bugging me. Can I pop in for a trim?
Yes! If you’re a current client looking for our 10 minute touchup service, it is free of charge. However, you will still need an appointment. We can trim your bangs, clean up your neck and hairline, or take out a bit of weight in between cuts. Remember, this is not a full haircut—just an in-between tune up to tide you over until your next appointment.
Who do I tip? And how much?
While tipping is not required, it sure is appreciated. If you’re happy, add 20 percent for your stylist and slip a few bucks to the shampoo person or assistant.
How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?
We think it is a great idea to schedule your next service before you leave. After all, your favorite stylist is probably a few others’ favorite too! However, if you roll fast and loose just give us a call and we will do everything we can to get you in.
I need to cancel my appointment. Is there a penalty?
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, no worries. Your stylist can likely rebook your time. However, if you cancel within 24 hours, we will charge you for a late-canceled service at your next appointment. For neuromodulators and fillers a $50 cancelation fee will be applied. Is it cheating if I see more than one stylist at Grand, or try multiple stylists?
It feels a bit awkward. Let that fear go. When we say we’re a team, we really mean it. You are not cheating by seeing more than one stylist, or by switching stylists. We’re an open salon, all part of the same family and we encourage you to know our entire team. If you are in a bind and need to get in, your current stylist can give a recommendation based on what they already know about your hair.
