Cancellation Policy

Grand Salon is committed to providing all of our guests with an exceptional experience. Our Cancellation & No Show Policy enables us to utilize available appointment times to better-accommodate other guests who are seeking appointment openings. We appreciate that sometimes life’s priorities can change, but if it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. A late-cancellation or “no-show” fee, equal to the amount of the scheduled service will be applied and strictly enforced.  We do make every effort to fill a canceled spot and if we can rebook it, we’ll waive your cancellation fee.  For neuromodulators and fillers, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.

Return Policy

Grand will gladly refund or exchange any unopened product within 30 days of purchase. If you have bought and used a product and find that it is not exactly what you wanted, we will exchange the product as along as it’s 75% full and within two weeks of purchase date. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on brushes and hot tools. All boutique items are final sale.

Satisfaction & Redo Policy

Grand Salon is committed to ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary redo within 14 days of your original appointment. Please call the salon to schedule your redo so we can pair you with your original stylist and allow adequate time to achieve your desired result.

We do ask that guests contact us as soon as possible if something isn’t quite right, as corrections are easiest to address while the work is fresh. Redos are limited to adjustments to the original service performed and do not cover requests for an entirely new look or additional services beyond the original scope. Any upgrade in service will be charged at the standard rate.

Color corrections that require additional processing or multiple sessions may be subject to a consultation and additional charges at the discretion of your stylist. All redos are by appointment only and subject to availability.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid from one year of purchase, are non-refundable and have no cash-value.

Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as well as Cash payments. We DO NOT accept checks. Grand assigns a 2% processing fee on credit card transactions, which is smaller than our cost of acceptance. This fee does not apply to debit or prepaid cards or cash transactions.
