GUEST RELATIONS
Julia Pitnaniello general manager
Julia has been gracing Grand Salon & Medspa with her contagious smile, bubbly personality, and can do attitude for more than 9 years. Originally from Oklahoma, Julia made her way to Colorado where she has found her forever home with her Fiance, Scott, and her dog Lola. Here at Grand– Julia is the woman behind the scenes and she makes everything come together. Her love for spreadsheets, brainstorming, VI peels, and headbands make her the perfect manager for Grand.
Bekah Gallegos Guest Relations manager
Bekah is a Colorado native with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. She spent 8 years working behind the chair as a hairstylist in Boulder before she moved to Denver. She then worked in the bridal sphere before she came to Grand Salon & Medspa managing the front desk/guest relations.
When she’s not helping guests have the best experience possible at Grand, you can find her exploring a new coffee shop or happy hour, or at home with her two cats Brad and Leo.
Eve cuccia Guest Relations
Eve has been with the Grand Team since November 2022. Originally from Wisconsin, Eve came out to Denver in 2019 for the sunshine and new opportunities. This former teacher has a knack for helping others and making sure the job gets done right. She has a passion for self care and all things beauty. When she’s not serving you at the front desk, you can find her working on freelance creative projects or dancing the night away at a live show.
Joseph RATCLIFF Guest Relations
Joseph joined the Grand team in August, 2023. He’s a midwesterner from Iowa that made the trek to Colorado in 2021 to be closer to family. Joseph came to Grand with several years of experience in the salon and spa world and is excited to learn even more about the field.
When not at the front desk, Joseph likes to be outdoors and enjoys his photography of all things beautiful.
FIG greeter
Recruited as a mere pup in the spring of 2019 to fill our vacant morsel-vacuum position, Fig quickly rose through the ranks of Grand’s apprentice program and is now thriving in her forever-roll as Greeter.
With strengths in warming laps and melting hearts, disrupting others’ productivity, emoting, snoring, and the “Meerkat” pose, Fig is respected by her colleagues for her tireless work ethic and her unbridled enthusiasm for literally everything.
Fig enjoys body treatments and paw massages in our MedSpa, dozing in diffused sunshine, snuggling, wrestling with her kitty, performing for treats, riding shotgun, and fetching – but not relinquishing, her tennis ball. And of course cosplay – lots of cosplay.
In her spare time, you can find The Figgle walking her people in Denver’s City Park.
