From a very young age, Mar has pursued a deep-seated passion for hair artistry. A standout talent since cosmetology school, she has quickly made her mark on the Denver hair scene, including work for Denver Fashion Week. Mar has been a stylist at Grand Salon & MedSpa for over three years, where she specializes in blonde hair transformations and luxury hair extensions.
Mar is certified in six types of hair extensions, allowing her to provide completely customized length and volume solutions for any hair type. Whether she is crafting a high-fashion runway look or a seamless, everyday lived-in blonde, Mar’s goal is to build lasting connections and help every client feel their most beautiful.

A graduate of the prestigious Aveda Institute of Washington D.C., Zach began his professional journey immediately after high school, building a foundation rooted in technical excellence and high-end service.

Originally from Virginia, Isabel is excited to learn new styles and techniques behind the chair at Grand. When she’s not at the salon, you can find Isabel relaxing at home with her boyfriend, going on drives, or tying new recipes in the kitchen.

Growing up Bicoastal from North Carolina to Southern California, Alex has found her true home in Denver. Her beauty career began in 2013, focusing on weddings, events, and runway shows. A decade in, Alex expanded her skill set at the Academy of Cosmetology Arts and then her apprenticeship program at Grand.
Through the immersive experience at ACA and the guidance of industry professionals at Grand, Alex has honed her passion for vivid colors, alternative and razor cuts. She aims to specialize in full transformations, ensuring that each unique personality is reflected in their look and given a distinctive voice.
RIVER MURRELL Associate
Originally from Southern Missouri, River moved to Breckenridge after high school to explore the mountains. While working as a salon reception , he quickly fell in love with the beauty industry. River specializes in lived-in color, blonding and curly hair, but is eager to step outside his comfort zone with bold new cuts and colors. River is an extroverted and creative stylist who thrives on connecting with guests and helping them feel like the most confident version of themselves!
When not at Grand, River might be seeking out new experiences, spending time outdoors or relaxing at home.
JULLIA MATESEVAC Associate
Jullia found her love for big transformations, especially with hair extensions and vivid colors, shortly after graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2021. Jullia is all about helping people feel confident. She loves chatting with clients, making them smile and creating a fun, welcoming experience in the chair.
When she’s not working, Jullia’s probably at home snuggling her cats with her fiancé or maybe dancing under the stars at Red Rocks. Live music is Jullia’s happy place!
KAILIN WARD associate
For Kailin, the greatest rewards of cosmology come from boosting the confidence of others and helping them look and feel their best. She brings a special love for color and styling to her associate position at Grand, where she’s excited to evolve her techniques and grow her career.
When Kailin’s not at the salon, you might find her at the gym, relaxing at home with some TV or enjoying a night out with friends.
